Seminars held at the exhibition hall will explain your products to many visitors and lead to more visits to your booth. Make use of exhibitor presentations to directly promote your products to highly interested visitors.

Presentations at the exhibition venue can be used to promote your product to interested visitors and guide them to your exhibition booth.

Venue: Seminar room in the exhibition hall, theater style, 80-100 seats (planned)
Included in the fee: Presentation screen, projector, full set of audio equipment (microphone, speaker)

- *Exhibitors are responsible for reception and proceedings on the day.
Presentation Date and Time: Presentation dates and times can be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to apply: Please select "Exhibitor Presentation" on the exhibitor application form and submit your application.

9m² exhibition: space provided (9m²: width 3m x depth 3m)

If there are adjacent booths, the secretariat will install partition panels (2.7m high).
However, if it is installed in a corner booth, the aisle side panel will not be included.
Costs for setting up and decorating the booth, electricity, water supply and drainage, line fees, booth cleaning, waste disposal, and other construction costs and usage fees are not included.
Booth locations will be determined by the organizers.

Exhibitor application schedule and cancellation fees

1. Application Deadline

Friday, February 28, 2025
Early registration deadline: Friday, January 31, 2025

Please apply using the exhibitor application form.

2. Payment of exhibition fee

After submitting your application, we will send you an invoice.
Please transfer the exhibition fee to the specified account by the date specified on the invoice.

3. Cancellation of exhibit application

If the secretariat deems it unavoidable, the cancellation will be accepted and you will be required to pay the cancellation fee below.

The termination date will be based on the date of receipt of written notice of termination.	Cancellation fee rate

April 1st (Tuesday) to April 30th (Wednesday), 2025	70% of the invoice amount
From Thursday, May 1, 2025	100% of the invoice amount
